New series “Laboratory values of the 2026 World Cup” starts at MedLabPortal

To kick off the 2026 Football World Cup, the specialist portal MedLabPortal is launching a new series entitled “Laboratory values of the 2026 World Cup”. This was announced by the portal’s editorial team today, Thursday.

The series will be published regularly from the beginning of the tournament and will deal with laboratory-medical and sports physiological aspects of professional football. The focus is on blood values, biomarkers and their interpretation in the context of performance, regeneration and injury prevention in national teams and top players.
